30 Day Running Plan If You’ve Never Ran Before 

So I’ve been on this new health kick and I’ve started this new running plan. I’m currently on day 12 and I honestly am starting to enjoy running. I’m sharing it with you all and hopefully you all will enjoy the new journey too
