Use heat: Heat relieves pain; having a good soak in a hot bath or shower can also prove to be effective. Bananas: Contains high potassium which many people believe is effective in easing the pain of menstrual cramps.
Yoga: Yoga stretches while your lady friend is visiting relieves cramps and keeps the body flexible.
Ginger: Crush 1 piece of ginger in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. To sweeten add sugar. Drink 3 times a day after meals.
A pinch of cinnamon: Just sprinkle a little in your morning cereal, coffee, and/or tea.
Chamomile: Pour 2tsp of dried chamomile flowers into a cup and fill it with boiling water. Let it sit for 5 minutes. If it’s store-brought tea follow the merchandiser’s instructions.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Place 1 unfiltered tsp of ORGANIC apple cider into a mug of warm water and drink it before meals for the results.
