The Side Effects Of Discontinuing Your Work Out Routine

It’s completely normal for people to take a “short” break from there work out routines. But if the “short”  break turns into a “long” break, you might have a problem.  Here is what you can expect to happen to your body if you give up your exercise routines:

  1. Within 10 days: Your brain might start to change.
  2. Within 2 weeks: Your endurance  will decrease and your vitals will spike.
  3. Within 4 weeks: Your strength will start to deteriorate.
  4. Within  8 weeks:  You might begin to lose muscle mass, and gain weight.

If your committed to being healthy and strong, continue your work out routines.
